Luxury Bed and Breakfast

It's mid May and we've been really busy here at Clarke's Farm. Lots of Birthday celebrations, Baby Showers, Work and Club gatherings, aswell as the usual Pop Up Teas. The garden is bursting into life and I am impatient to be able to serve teas outside again this year!

Easter weekend brought us some fantastic weather and we constructed a garden deck and put up the gazebo - which was then unceremoniously ripped off it's frame when storm Hannah visited!

Hopefully the weather will soon be good enough to serve tea in the garden again, but even when the weather is not so good, the conservatory gives a fabulous view onto the garden, warmed by even the slightest ray of sunshine.

The really exciting news is that Clarkes' Farm is now offering two en-suite luxury bed and breakfast rooms which also enjoy the exclusive use of a guest lounge on the first floor and a breakfast room on the ground floor. All rooms offer the quirky charm of our 400 year old farmhouse with uneven floors, low beams, doorways and chandeliers, (definite head banging risk!) and super thick walls. The decor is warm and cozy with vintage touches and offering lots of luxury 'extras' to make your stay here 'special'.

We've been doing a lot of research over the last couple of years, staying at some wonderful B&B's all over the country, and we aim to offer our favourite aspects from all of them to Clarke's Farm Guests. Hearty locally sourced breakfast ingredients, home baked treats in the rooms, quality tea and coffee, beautiful bed linen, towels and bathrobes and Neal's Yard Organic bathroom products.

It has been a very busy year since the Afternoon Teas first started and the popularity has really been a delightful surprise for which we are extremely grateful..... if our bed and breakfast enjoys a fraction of that success we will be very happy - watch this space to see how we get on!
